On February 18, 2020, Scott Bakal presented on "GILTI as Charged: Interests in Foreign Companies" at the Palm Beach Tax Institute.  Scott's presentation discussed the impact of Global Intangible Low Tax Income (GILTI) from the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 as it relates to ownership of interests in foreign companies.
