In recent weeks, federal and state governments, as well as employers, have rushed to address and minimize the serious health risks that COVID-19 poses to employers and their employees.  To that end, federal and state agencies have begun to issue guidance to help employers navigate this new reality.  While the guidance continues to evolve on an almost daily basis, we have compiled the following list of the resources currently available to employers on how to tackle workplace issues raised by COVID-19:
