On May 7, 2020, IP partner David Wheeler led the virtual roundtable discussion on "Data Privacy Predictions and Important Regulations," hosted by the Association of Corporate Counsel Chicago Chapter.  David discussed the importance of reviewing the entire CCPA regulation as companies integrate them into their compliance efforts, as well as challenging the audience to consider how the current CCPA and BIPA laws should be viewed during the COVID-19 pandemic.
