Steven Pflaum, co-chair of the firm’s Litigation group, was recently quoted in the Illinois Bar Journal article "Behaviors for the Bench," discussing proposed changes to the Illinois Code of Judicial Conduct.  The article cites Steve's testimony from an Illinois Supreme Court Rules Committee hearing held on February 2, where he discusses the work of the Illinois Judicial Ethics Committee (IJEC) in developing an update to the Illinois Code of Judicial Conduct based on the 2007 American Bar Association Model Code.  Steve is a founding member of the IJEC and has served as its chair since 2013.
