On October 13, Angela Elbert, chair of the firm's Insurance Policyholder practice group, moderated a discussion covering The Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA) with Karen M. Dixon of Skarzynski Marick & Black LLP and Emily Garrison of Honigman LLP. The conversation was a part of the American Bar Association's Women in Insurance Network Regional CLE Program.

The panel discussed recent underlying claims and recent caselaw on coverage under various lines of policies for such claims and predicted where claims and courts will be heading.
