Kevin O’Connor and Mike Harlin, partners in the firm’s Intellectual Property practice, recently attended the American Conference Institute’s (ACI) Novel Therapeutic Modalities and Gene Therapies event, which took place from March 21-22, 2023 in Boston, MA.  

The conference focused on leveraging technology, safeguarding IP, and securing funding to accelerate development in mRNA, CRISPR and CAR T. On March 22, Mike joined the panel discussion "Business Considerations and New Approaches to Financing and Capital Formation for Transformative Products," which covered insightful strategies for new approaches to financing and capital formation for biopharma companies.
