Kelly Bershader Leyens, an associate in the Real Estate practice group, has been named Chair of the Real Estate Law Committee of the Young Lawyers Section of the Chicago Bar Association. The Real Estate Law Committee discusses basic issues in representing clients in property purchases, sales, ownership, and taxation, including condominiums and single-family homes.
