Intellectual Property Partner, Tony McShane, was quoted in the Bloomberg Law article, “Twitter’s Threads Threat to Meta Turns on What’s Under the Hood.” The article discusses how Twitter is considering suing Meta Platforms Inc. over its Threads app, alleging that Meta hired former Twitter employees who retained trade secrets.

Tony stated, “It becomes a battle of ‘this code developer remembered what they did and did something similar… Well, isn’t that just really their skill and expertise writing code? It just becomes an argument over that.”
