NGE is thrilled to announce that Marlon Lutfiyya, our Director of Talent and Diversity, has been named to the 2023 Crain’s Chicago Business's Notable Leaders in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion list.

Marlon plays a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s training curricula for programs centered around antiracism, allyship, and inequity. He leads the development of NGE’s Heritage Month communications, fostering understanding and education about individuals from diverse demographic backgrounds. Marlon works tirelessly to identify and present a diverse pool of candidates for open positions helping to ensure the firm's annual attainment of Mansfield Certification. He is actively engaged in advancing the firm's sponsorship initiatives and affinity groups. Marlon also works on the seamless integration of new attorneys from underrepresented groups. He is a member of the Association of Law Firm Diversity Professionals and holds a position on the board of the National Association of Law Professionals (NALP), demonstrating his commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in the legal field.

Crain’s Chicago Business's 2023 list of Notable Leaders in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion recognizes senior executives entrusted with making sure their organizations create and maintain a workforce and ecosystem that represents all people, regardless of such factors as skin tone, gender, age bracket or physical and neurological characteristics.
