NGE is pleased to announce that Jason Kim, a partner in our Labor & Employment group, has earned a spot on the 2023 Crain’s Chicago Business's Notable Leaders in Employment and Labor Law list.

Jason brings over two decades of experience to the table, specializing in developing and implementing corporate labor strategies. His work encompasses litigating NLRB unfair labor practice proceedings, arbitrating labor grievances, and serving as the chief spokesperson in collective bargaining negotiations.

Notably, Jason has successfully represented a major gypsum board producer in labor strategy and collective bargaining negotiations, contributing to nationwide workplace policy implementation and fostering positive union relations at multiple client facilities.

In addition to his legal expertise, Jason actively participates in professional organizations, including the American Bar Association committee on practice and procedure under the National Labor Relations Act and the National Asian-Pacific American Bar Association.

Outside the legal realm, Jason is dedicated to community service, serving on the emeritus board of Chicago Cares, a volunteer-focused organization committed to strengthening communities in Chicago.
