Emer Simic, a partner in the firm’s Intellectual Property practice group, has been elected as the President of the Coalition of Women’s Initiatives in Law—Chicago Chapter for the year 2024. Prior to this role, she served as the organization's Vice President and Secretary and was a member of the Coalition’s Chicago board of directors for the 2021-2023 terms.
As the newly elected President, Emer will continue her dedicated efforts to advance the Coalition’s mission of fostering career advancement and professional development. She will play a pivotal role in promoting dialogue and providing a robust support network among members to address the diverse challenges facing women lawyers and women’s initiatives today.
