David Wheeler, a partner in the Intellectual Property group and leader of our Cybersecurity & Data Privacy team, participated in the Federal Bar Association’s webinar “AI Interactive—Counseling Clients on the Intersection of AI, Privacy, and Cybersecurity Law” on April 9. This session focused on AI's legal implications for businesses, non-profits, and government organizations' data usage and protection and provided guidance to attorneys navigating AI challenges.

The panel included Detective Anthony Moore of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, Rachel V. Rose of Rachel V. Rose, Attorney at Law, PLLC, and Dan Terhune of Fresenius-Kabi USA.
