NGE attorneys Tom Campbell, Bruce Fox and Mike Harlin will attend the American Conference Institute’s (ACI) Advanced Summit on Life Sciences Patents Conference, which takes place from May 29-30, 2024, in New York, NY. The conference will cover topics aimed at assisting patent professionals in maximizing one’s patent terms and developing strategies to enhance protections for patent portfolios.

On May 29, Tom will join the panel discussion “Decoding In Re Cellect for Prosecutors: Optimizing Patent Adjustments and Overcoming Double Patenting in Global Portfolio Management.” The session will examine the In Re Cellect case, exploring patent term adjustments, extensions, and obviousness-type double patenting and providing life science IP professionals with the expertise required to manage these portfolios.
