NGE Intellectual Property Partners Andrea Fuelleman and Tanvi Patel will attend the American Conference Institute’s (ACI) 11th Annual Summit for Women Leaders in Life Science Law, which will take place from July 25-26, 2024, in Boston, MA. The conference will cover topics aimed at exploring the connection between life sciences, women’s health, and politics to developing strategies to assist in professional development.

On July 26, Tanvi will join the panel discussion “Life Sciences Litigation Trendspotting: A Look at Key Court Decisions Impacting the Life Sciences Industry in 2024 and Critical Takeaways for Your Practice.” The session will examine the top 10 court cases affecting the life sciences industry over the last year, including product liability, antitrust, intellectual property, and others, along with the implications these pose for one's practice.
