On September 24, NGE hosted Neha Sampat, CEO and founder of BelongLab, for the program "Confidence as a Catalyst: Bringing Your Best Self to a Shifting Landscape." Neha is an internationally known consultant who works with organizations to address imposter syndrome, internalized bias, and wellness challenges. Neha provided attendees with a framework for recognizing and addressing our limiting beliefs, and for leveraging strengths, traits, and experiences to foster an inclusive firm culture.
