Kate Campbell, a member of the Cybersecurity & Data Privacy team and the Intellectual Property practice group, will speak on two panels at the 70th Annual International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans Conference, which will be held November 10-13 in San Diego, California.
On November 9, Kate will join the pre-conference panel titled “Cybersecurity and Social Engineering Fraud,” which will discuss how to catch social engineering fraud, implement tools and tests to avoid fraud, review and implement the right insurance coverage, and more.
During the main conference on November 11 and November 12, she will also present “Cybersecurity Update-Where Are We Now?,” which will discuss issues including the reasons behind investing in cybersecurity matters, DOL and HHS guidance, staff training, along with best practices for proceeding when you have a breach.
