Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg LLP has expanded its Real Estate practice group with the addition of Elizabeth E. Radichel as associate.

Radichel has experience in a wide range of real estate transactions including leasing, dispositions and acquisitions, joint ventures, entity structuring, and financings. She has also drafted and negotiated commercial leases, subleases, property management agreements, contracts of sale, non-disclosure agreements, and other types of real estate and corporate contracts.

Prior to joining Neal Gerber Eisenberg, Radichel was an associate in the Real Estate group at Blank Rome LLP in New York. She earned her J.D. from New York University School of Law and her B.B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

While in law school, Beth was named a Jacobson Leadership Program in Law and Business Scholar. She also was notes editor of the Journal of Law and Business, served on the Executive Board of Law Women and was active with the NYU Immigrant Defense Clinic.

Currently admitted to practice in New York, Radichel will be taking the Illinois Bar Exam in July.
