AJ is an associate in the Corporate & Securities practice group. She advises clients on a range of corporate law matters, including corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, and entity formation.
During law school, AJ served as a Legal Extern at the Law Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County. She also served as a mediator through the Bluhm Legal Clinic’s Center for Negotiation, Mediation, and Restorative Justice where she assisted parties with discussions surrounding a range of topics from contract disputes to eviction cases. Additionally, AJ was named a Kirkland & Ellis Scholar for her academic achievement in her mergers and acquisitions class. Most recently, she was a Summer Associate at NGE.
