His focus is on financing transactions, including secured and unsecured loans, asset-based lending, structured finance transactions and the acquisition, disposition and financing of financial assets. Chadwick has extensive experience in securitization, with an emphasis on mortgage-related transactions, including the purchase, sale, servicing and financing of performing and non-performing residential and commercial mortgage loans, mortgage-servicing rights, servicing advances and other real estate assets.
