Matthew is an associate in the Corporate & Securities practice group.
Before law school, Matthew worked as a university chaplain and tutor. In law school, he served as a summer law clerk at the Office of the Illinois Attorney General, researching legal issues and drafting documents for ongoing litigation. Matthew also served as a managing editor of the Northwestern Law Review. Most recently, he was a Summer Associate at NGE.
