Timothy is an associate in the Litigation & Disputes practice group.
During law school, Timothy served as a Law Clerk at Federal Defender Organizations, where he crafted a Petition for a Writ of Certiorari for the Supreme Court, drafted numerous briefs for the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, drafted numerous briefs for district courts in the Central District of Illinois and identified issues for appeal. Additionally, Timothy served as a teaching assistant for Evidence and Legal Writing and Analysis and also received awards in national trial team and moot court competitions.
Prior to law school, Timothy spent a decade as an opera singer, during which time he was a resident artist with the Kennedy Center’s Washington National Opera. Most recently, Timothy was a Summer Associate at NGE.
