Tina is a partner in the Corporate & Securities practice and assists clients with a variety of complex corporate transactions. She provides strategic counsel on partnership matters for funds and their management teams and has experience acting as outside general counsel for companies throughout their life cycle.
Michael leads the firm’s Private Equity, Venture Capital & Growth Companies and Fund Formation & Investment Management practices.
