Neal Gerber Eisenberg (NGE) represented founders of Chicago-based start-up Tock, a leading unified system serving the hospitality industry with online reservations, table management, takeout, and events, in Tock’s recent sale to Squarespace, the all-in-one website building and ecommerce platform.
