NGE served as counsel to the management team of Revision Skincare and Goodier Cosmetics in its sale from RoundTable Healthcare Partners to Gryphon Investors.  The NGE team was led by Josh Klein with assistance from Bill Tarnow, Jeff Shamberg, Jeff Bakker and Eric McLimore.  The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

RoundTable initially acquired Revision Goodier in 2016, and through strategic investments, helped the company accelerate its organic revenue and earnings growth.  Revision Skincare, one of the first brands in the U.S. to be recommended and sold by skin care professionals, is known for its ground-breaking, effective and scientifically proven formulations.  Goodier Cosmetics is a leading topical CDMO with a long history of creating quality products with significant commercial success.
