NGE Intellectual Property partner Michael Harlin recently received a Patent Pro Bono Achievement Certificate from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) for pro bono work helping financially under-resourced inventors and small businesses secure patent protection. Volunteer patent practitioners who reported 50 or more hours of patent pro bono service to a regional patent pro bono program in 2022 earned certificates. Michael also received this honor in 2017 and 2019.
