Partners Josh Klein and Lee Eulgen recently led an NGE team representing client Omeda Holdings LLC and its owners in a sale to Sverica Capital Management LP, a private equity firm specializing in companies in the health care, industrial and technology sectors. Omeda specializes in data analytics and audience relationship management for publishers and other content creators. The team was made up of attorneys from our Corporate & Securities, Intellectual Property, Private Wealth, Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation and Labor & Employment practice groups.
